Included in your complete RateFast Express PR-4 Permanent & Stationary report is the whole person impairment rating, work status, future care, and apportionment calculation.
How It Works
Simply collect the following information:
- Doctor’s First Report
- PR-2 reports for the injury claim
- Imaging and operative reports
Then fax the claim information to our secure line.
We’ll do the rest by creating an accurate, objective impairment report using the AMA Guides 5th edition, or the preferred rule-set for your state.
You will be able to download the completed report from your secure RateFast account.
No time for the AMA Guides? No problem.
With RateFast Express, you don’t need to be an expert in the AMA Guides. RateFast Express uses proprietary algorithms created in collaboration with physicians with decades of experience in workers’ compensation to determine your impairment rating based on the patient’s existing chart data.
