RateFast Services
RateFast – RateFast workers’ compensation cloud-based software suite is our flagship product, designed to facilitate all steps in the workers’ comp process for the medical provider from the first report to MMI and beyond. RateFast ensures accuracy and consistency in impairment reports by providing a thorough interface based on the AMA Guides.
RateFast Express – A service that offers a finalized impairment report after the patient has reached MMI. The provider simply sends claim information to RateFast Express, and an accurate, consistent impairment report is returned within 3 business days, ready to be sent to the adjuster.

RateFast MMI Calculator – This free tool allows you to estimate the date of MMI from any point in the claim by answering a few questions regarding doctor’s objective findings and the patient’s subjective reports, which are run through RateFast’s proprietary algorithms.
RateFast Functional Limitations Calculator – This free tool displays an estimated lift and push/pull limitations of an injury based on the patient’s subjective pain ratings.
Mobile Apps
RateFast Dual Inclinometer App – RateFast’s Dual Inclinometer accurately measures angles and degrees of motion in the spine from both sides, subtracting the two to provide the true spinal angle motion. This tool is used entirely from the mobile device, eliminating the need to clutter up the doctor’s office with tools.
