How to Switch Between Organizations in RateFast

If you have access to multiple organizations in RateFast, you can toggle between them by:

  • Click the user menu with your username in the upper right corner.
  • Click Switch Organization.
  • Select your desired Organization from the list.
    • Optional: If you want the selected Organization to be your default Organization that you access whenever you login, check the “Make this my default organization” check box.
  • Click Login.

How to Login to RateFast After Your Password Has Been Reset

When you lose access to RateFast user account, you may need to your password reset.

Depending on the circumstances, you can reset your password yourself or your RateFast administrator can reset the password for you.

Regardless of how the password is reset, you will receive a new temporary password at the email address associated with your RateFast user account.

How to Get a RateFast Report ID Number

If you are having difficulty with a RateFast report, a RateFast support representative may ask you for the “report ID,” which is the report’s unique identifying number.

The report ID can be found in the upper right corner of the screen when you are viewing a report.

If you are asked for the report ID number, copy this number from the RateFast report in your web browser, and paste it into an email to your support representative.
